Hello.
I am a Swedish citizen have just recently moved here with my Croatian husband. As I had lived in the USA most of my adult life I have an American drivers licence. However it has now expired, and I am not able to renew it, and since I now live here I think I should have a Croatian drivers licence. Can you please inform me as to the procedure getting a Croatian drivers licence.
