Our client, a progressive On Line Gaming business and with a growing customer base are currenlty looking to recruit Customer Services Representatives to work within the growing team.
You need to be fluent in either Croatian or Serbian as well as having a very good command of the English language.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Are committed to improving levels of customer services.
- Have good analytical approaches to problem solving
- Can resolve support issues to final resolution and to a significant high standard
- Ensure fraud prevention tools are used in accordance with instructions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
This position requires an energetic, motivated and flexible approach to working hours and the ability to work as part of a team.
The working hours of the Company is 24/7, 365 days a year.
Starting salary in the region of £16200 (British pounds), which will rise to ca £16700 after completion of 3 months probation period.
The company will pay for your accommodation for the 1st 3 months - you will either stay in a company flat, or get money towards rent.
